It has features that are supposed to be there. Customer support is reasonable, as I had a technical issue at one time, and it was resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has reasonable features in different sub-windows but the arrangement of these sub-windows is disastrous. All the windows cramp together and very difficult to grab them quickly to hide them, when you know most people want to hide them so they can get right to the presentation. When it gets to the main presentation window, the size is huge and I cannot find the hide or expand bars easily because it was blown out of proportion. If you make our life easier, you should start all sub-windows small, so users can easily hide them or expand them, instead of staggering them altogether, on top of each other.
