\*\*Deutsch\*\* GefStoff-Profi ist eine Software für das Gefahrstoffmanagement der GeSi Software GmbH aus Würzburg. Sie richtet sich an Unternehmen, die Gefahrstoffe lagern und verwenden und die Anforderungen der Gefahrstoffverordnung (GefStoffV) erfüllen müssen, sowie an Dienstleister, die das Gefahrstoffmanagement für ihre Kunden übernehmen. Mit der Software werden das Gefahrstoffverzeichnis und die zugehörigen Sicherheitsdatenblätter verwaltet, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen für Gefahrstoffe erstellt und Betriebsanweisungen erzeugt. Sicherheitsdatenblätter lassen sich aus dem Tool SDBcheck® übernehmen. GefStoff-Profi wird in zwei Generationen parallel angeboten: - \*\*GeSi³ GefStoff-Profi\*\* wird in der eigenen IT-Infrastruktur betrieben (On-Premise) und bietet einen umfangreichen Funktionsumfang. Optional erweiterbar ist er unter anderem um einen Gemisch-Rechner für Einstufung und Kennzeichnung, Gefahrstoffetiketten, mehrsprachige Betriebsanweisungen, ein Intranet-Gefahrstoffverzeichnis, individuelle Stofflisten und ein Migrationstool für bestehende Verzeichnisse, z. B. aus Excel. Netzwerk- und Standortlizenzen sind verfügbar. Die Oberfläche teilt er mit GeSi³ SDB-Profi und GeSi³ FaSi-Profi. - \*\*GeSi4 GefStoff-Profi\*\* wird im Browser genutzt und befindet sich aktuell im Early Access. Der Funktionsumfang wird schrittweise erweitert. Für Dienstleister bietet er kundenbezogene Strukturen und browserbasierte Gefahrstoff-Portale. Welche Generation passt, hängt von den Anforderungen und der IT-Umgebung des Unternehmens ab.
