I like that everything is so much organized and every organization and every user can find the best things for himself. I think the one who will use it will also gain a great experience using and navigating in this site.

It' s a little bit hard to work with because of so many opportunities, but with the time you gain new skills to use effectively and it's not hard at all for you to use.

1. I don't like that the widgets in the dashboard have such a plain design, it's a little difficult for the eye to focus and determine which is the exact space that the widget occupies. At least some border shadow would help separate each widget.

2. I don't like that the button "No data available" feels so unresponsive, as if it doesn't work. Also, for the first widget, I clicked on the button so it can refresh, and it did refresh, the widget showed the data but there was nothing to indicate whether the widget is refreshing or not while I waited. Germainapm is a great working application to gather the behavior of application with track of user visit recorded and able to check console errors and trigger operation on base of behavior about different user uses. This application can track user application run through behavior. By using this application, I can track the HTTP post validate calls and other required calls on a per-page basis. There is a privacy security issue with screen recording from the end user without any permission. The structure of the application needs to be simplified. Alerts related to client privacy need to be added to navigations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a bit overwhelmed (in a good way) with the amount of stuffs they had in this app. I didn't realize that it was even possible to have all the tools and services jampacked in one app.

I also appreciate that they put up the questionnaire in the startup which was really helpful in identifying your goals for your business.

You can do better with the UI theme. Some dialog boxes looked congested and hard to navigate. I DID NOT enjoy the font either. They looked dull and inconsistent all throughout the app.

Some concerns with the lack of help and information page on some services. Would be helpful if you offer chat support especially with the overwhelming services that you offer.

User experience is a bit overwhelming. I have a massive list of submenus in the main navigation. I didn't know where to start. I'd appreciate if I could customize them to fit with my needs.

- It was very easy to register, the welcome email arrived instantly and it had the option to link my Google account.

- I liked the design, it's clean, enjoyable, and very intuitive. The colors are well selected and the menus have all the required information and options.

- I think a tutorial video or videos could be helpful to understand the platform. It has a lot of options and maybe the users won't have time to check what they all do or maybe they are tech-averse but willing to try and use the platform.

- It takes time to load the pages and different windows. I clicked "Add" and "Manage" on many of the Wizard options while loading but it didn't do anything. After waiting some time, the icons and the information fully loaded and the pop-up windows appeared.

- I wasn't able to create new roles or delete the ones that were available. I didn't know if these are roles for the admins of the platform or maybe I can create more roles for my co-workers and team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. First of all it's really a great tool to get the required, user experience feedback. I was able to see how a user was interacting with my website. I could literally see the actual events happened in that session & it might really help in laying out future roadmap. The visual feedback system can also help me finding bugs in my app easily and I can see in what section of website the user is having most issues.

2. I also liked how it store details for each session individually with all the other related data. I could easily see user sessions based on Client, browser, Location & device type, which can come handy when we want to view sessions for certain type of audience.

3. The third thing I liked is in detailed data for each event as it was occurred on user device. It allowed me to take notes on which particular section user is interacting with the website. Maybe if a user was clicking on something what has no interaction and we would be able to remove such highlight which was confusing user to click on that particular item. 1. I am not able to tag or categorize user sessions based on my preference. I would really love to see that option which would allow me to tag certain user sessions in a category so that I can keep for future reference.

2. Also, I couldn't find an option to add notes on a user session. I would like a section on individual session page where I should be able to take notes based on that particular session, which I can easily share with team.

3. It would be interesting if I can see events on the timeline of the session, so that I can easily understand which section of the session is important. I mean it will help me to save time by eliminating the need of watching entire video. I can only be shown important segments of that particular section and it would be great if system feedback on where the user's are mostly leaving the site on a particular page. The application is user-friendly and very easy to navigate. Very much amazed with the features. This tool helps to monitor the performance in its every chunk with help of the popular 65+ plugins that do monitoring, analyzing, and automation. The dashboard provides good performance metrics and visual analytics in terms of charts and graphs. Has a good option to configure the Automation jobs as we want for minute actions as well.
