I loke germain because it offers real time monitoring capabilities for both application performance and real user experience. Witg germain APM i am able to monitor, analyze and improve our applications performance. Germain APM also has a user session recording and replay feature that allows me to see any errors or problems a user may have faces on our app, this makes it easy to find and fix errors or performance issues and improve our customer's experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Usability and Simplicity to use wizard for all options

Sign up process is very friendly, and any non-technical user can sign up and log in

The data display list is very friendly and has good filter options

There are multiple options available for other applications as well as servers.

It provides an easy interface to connect.

The main advantages are data security and safety. Any user just simply login and analyze data.

There is no help or guide option to look around for any features, i.e., how to start, where to start etc., when I sign up, it takes me to the wizard page.

I have tried to use Android Device and downloaded the app. Still, it doesn't allow me to log in and asking my Work Email Address, however wizard info display to download the app and install, but there isn't more info available to use features.

Sometimes wizard page takes time to load.
