I appreciate using GEP SMART as it effectively solves the opportunities for us to gain more business from our clients, thus contributing to the company's growth. The tracking of all information for every request for proposal is invaluable, as it enables us to easily manage details and streamline communication. The opportunity to ask questions and get answers further enhances our workflow and efficiency. Setting up the platform was straightforward, and I found it user-friendly, especially with the guidance from our customer. My experience with GEP SMART has been quite positive, to the extent that I rely solely on it and do not require additional software. Furthermore, if the success ratio of gaining new business via proposals validates our efforts, it’s a strong motivator for continued use and potential repurchases. I also believe it is a good platform for learning, as it seems to evolve with usage, allowing for better integration and understanding over time. I've been able to make much better decisions and understand how to save expenses thanks to being able to get the data I need.It took a while. To be able to navigate and comprehend how to collect information, you must be well trained and familiar with the instrument. The user interface (UI) is attractive, yet it might be difficult to navigate the application. We utilise it as users and manager of users to make purchasing choices and primarily to set up approval procedures inside the company.It establishes oversight over buying decisions and accelerates business process approvals for indirect purchases. Based on the cash amounts in the papers, we have developed a highly transparent approval procedure. GEP Smart is a little more expensive for smaller organisations compared to other market-available procurement options. To improve capabilities, some of the features need to be modified. The main issue with sourcing in my company prior to GEP Smart was that we had to manually connect with the suppliers, which took a lot of time. In addition, because the mobile version wasn't available for our convenience, we would often miss notices and feedback that needed an immediate response. The integration of GEP Smart into my workflow included a mobile version for convenience's sake as well as a significant amount of AI that enhanced our relationship with suppliers.
