I like that I can see everyone's profile both on the map and in a list-view and that I can organize the lists by different categories. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** We do have a lot of data on geopointe and it sometimes takes a while to load everything. Drawing shapes on geopointe can also get a little tricky, you have to be really accurate otherwise you might be missing a couple people in that shape. **Recommendations to others considering Geopointe:** Great if you need to be able to visually understand where your clients/members are on a map. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to see where our demand is the highest, where there is the most potential for business and where we are lacking. It's also a great tool for understanding our member demographic. I like that you can see the distance/time between events on a schedule, meaning that you don't have to toggle between google maps and geopointe.This is especially important for us since we are based in a city where traffic can be incredibly unpredictable. ### 3. That is almost invaluable for my search needs in finding new leads. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** I have honestly not found anything to date that I dislike about the product. For what I task it to do, it does it extremely well. **Recommendations to others considering Geopointe:** Take advantage of the sandbox set up. Will allow you to play with it in an "offline" capacity without compromising the integrity of your actual data. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting back to what I like best, It saves me an inordinate amount of time in searching through our 5000+ property database and pulling out properties of a specific size that fits the wants of a given set of clients. It would probably take me the better part of a full day per search if doing it manually through Salesforce. With Geopointe I can do it in 10-15 minutes. ### 4. We have several types of Salesforce Cases. Geopointe makes it very easy for our schedulers to visualize these type on the fly on the map. It is also a very helpful tool for our tower engineering crews to make precise decisions as to where a new tower should be built based on the information pulled from Salesforce into Geopointe. It seems like one of the upcoming updates are about vehicle tracking and that will be a huge tool for our company. ### 5. Loading lists, editing lists, and organizing my efforts is far and above easier than managing a spreadsheet. I like the bullet function and ability to swiftly change direction (move between pre saved lists). I also like that the system is integrated with salesforce. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** I would like the system to have more advanced processes, such as simply keeping the bulleted list showing instead of having to go back and click on the tag/bullet again. I would also like to be able to sort the resulting list of clients by something other than alpha first name top down. For example show me clients with the most assets first or sales etc, or allow me to control how the list shows up not just having to add this on the map for each client with assets. I also would like better communication with GP support - several emails have been gone unnoticed and several weeks go by between correspondence. This system could be enhanced significantly with my suggestions and the response I received is "I don't see us adding this anytime soon." I don't believe I am the only salesperson using GP who would like to sort the results by something more useful than alpha first name. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** GP is allowing me to be more visual with my approach to accomplishing my business plan as a salesperson. It can map anything in our database as long as there's an address reference. We're a recruiting firm, and we use it to visualize clients, candidates, job orders, and values associated with all of these for a variety of purposes. We don't do any field work, no travel, and we still find it hugely useful. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** We were disappointed that the resulting lists of contacts can't be used to create a Short List in Salesforce. Although the contacts can be added to a Campaign we don't have the Campaign feature. We're a small business, using Salesforce via Jobscience, and the version of Salesforce with Campaigns is too expensive. **Recommendations to others considering Geopointe:** I definitely recommend Geopointe for function and value. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding jobs within X commuting minutes of a location for candidates. Finding candidates within X commuting minutes of a job. Visualizing profits geographically. We also use it at the admin level to make changes to a field on a group of records. Nonetheless, in its current version there is nothing I would complain about this very useful tool. **Recommendations to others considering Geopointe:** Geopointe really gives your sales team a competitive advantage and it's worth the money. Sometimes sales reps can be slow to understand the value of "yet another" tool. Geopointe should be touted as a huge time-saver and money saver (the latter in the form of quicker, short routes while traveling throughout the course of the year, for example). I recommend providing demos and having a power user explain the benefits of how Geopointe can truly make the team far more efficient. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to increase the efficiency and productivity of sales visits. With routes and account identifiers, sales reps can plan their day much easier than before because they can get a snapshot of the quickest travel routes between customers. Adding routes to a calendar is super helpful because it allows the rep to just take off to their visit rather than fumble with setting up a Google Maps route minutes before leaving. Geopointe gives our sales team a new, novel way of increasing the amount of visits they can complete in one day. ### 49.
