If it weren't for the responsiveness of their account management and client success team, I wouldn't know half of what I know about this product. Screen sharing is huge for them, and me, which I really like. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** Sometimes it's hard to navigate all the buttons on the map, itself. It would be great if Geopointe had a feature where you could hover over a button and a short snippet of its benefit or "how to" explanation would be amazing. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficient sales routing in a a large sales area [our reps cover multiple states] and pulling in the most important data points from SFDC to the map. The ability to pull any list view from SF and pull up customers on a map has made life so easy for me. Scheduling visits to additional customer sites while in a particular area is essential. Now pulling up lists of accounts in specific areas is simple. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** No issues with product. For my needs, it meets all requirements. **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to set appointments with customer by geographic area for efficiency. We had a project to where we were upgrading software at over a hundred locations in one state plus doing preventative maintenance and training. The ability to schedule these per area saved so much time. We also track time for travel and onsite with the easy check in and check out functionality. ### 6. I really can't think of anything else. However, we have been with GEopointe for a couple years and each year they have improved and updated features! **What problems is Geopointe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of student data based on regions, and travelling "smarter" not "harder". This is extremely helpful for our marketing efforts and sales alike. It is also very nice to be able to quickly look up previous sales geographically when finding a referral for a new client. **What do you dislike about Geopointe?** I haven't yet run into a downside of Geopoint.
