Being able to individually line-item out specific items for various services, from leak detection, camera inspections and other various plumbing tasks, to even breaking down repair costs by the part and labor hours, organizing purchase orders with vendors, keeping members updated with live notes and uploaded pictures, and fast turn around times with insurance companies paying out quicker due to abiding to the set pricing agreed upon between all parties involved.
What do you dislike?
The interface itself is slightly confusing, and with the recent update, the layout has changed again to where you would need to readjust where to look for what were familiar links but have changed button images or have completely moved to a separate window. There are also various windows that popup, while others seem to popup but only appear to do so, thereby not allowing you to make changes to the lower window that cannot be accessed due to the "popup" window.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Definitely suggest trying it out as a first time user. I can almost guarantee that you will be confused, as the layout isn't exactly user friendly, but in due time everyone figures it out. The greatest benefit will be that you'll be able to cut down your processing time by 1/4 to 1/2.
