The reports generated to stop fraud before it occurs have also been incredibly helpful, including the multiple user report, location jumping report, and others. **What do you dislike about GeoComply?** The response time of some of the large maps is not ideal. The data sets we're able to review are massive, covering millions of transactions, so it's understandable, however a quicker response time of the interface would be a welcome sight. **What problems is GeoComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently have the tools to connect users via payment methods, machine IDs, and user details, however GeoComply allows us to connect users via locations and devices across all states. This has allowed us to stop fraud occurring across the United States, that would have otherwise been nearly impossible to connect. ### 5. I was able to use their deep understanding of the threats we are facing and make intelligent decisions regarding how best to defend our ecosystem from unwanted out of region access. **What do you dislike about GeoComply?** Thanks to the customer service and responsiveness of the GeoGuard Engineering team, I don't have any specific complaints. I trust their regular service updates and audits will continue to evolve as bad actors find new ways to defeat region defense solutions. **Recommendations to others considering GeoComply:** Work with the sales team and have them evaluate your service.
