Géoclic Suite is a French citizen request management (GRC/CRM) and municipal operations platform for towns, municipalities and inter-municipal bodies of 1,000 to 50,000 inhabitants. It links the whole chain, from a resident's report to the field intervention, in a single connected environment hosted in France. Key capabilities: - Citizen portal: residents report an issue with a photo and a geolocation, then follow the progress of their request until it is closed. - Request management back-office: qualification, assignment to the right department or agent, internal messaging, history, duplicate detection and statistics. - Municipal GIS: interactive mapping of assets and networks, zones (districts, sectors), imports of common geospatial formats (GeoJSON, Shapefile, GeoPackage, KML, GPX) and exports. - Technical services: internal interventions, weekly planning of agents, regulatory and heritage inspections with checklists, and a mobile app for field agents. - Asset heritage tracking: repeated reports on the same equipment are consolidated so that hotspots and recurring failures become visible. - Reporting: automatic weekly report for the head of technical services and exportable statistics (PDF, Excel). - Optional modules: a mobile app for residents (news, agenda, push notifications, polls), mail management, and an emergency alert system. Géoclic Suite is built for small and medium-sized local authorities that want to replace spreadsheets, emails and phone calls with a single tool. Data is hosted in France and the platform includes GDPR tools: configurable data retention, data export and anonymization on request. Pricing is a flat monthly fee per plan, starting at 199 EUR excluding VAT per month, with all integrated applications included. Typical users are heads of technical services, municipal agents, elected officials and general managers of local authorities.
