What do you like best about Geo Rep?

Our journey with Geo Rep started about 3 years ago. After going through quite a robust scoping, planning, and onboarding process, our team can confidently do what they do best.

For our business, it is essential to communicate effectively between Head Office and the Field Teams and to have a consolidated platform to share and retrieve information. Geo Rep enables us to bridge that gap and is considered a business tool instead of a conventional sales tool.

As IT Manager, working with the Geo Rep Team is a delight. They are always helpful, quick to respond to queries, open-minded, and keen to explore new ideas. Another considerable benefit is shared innovation - where new functionality is shared amongst customers (if it benefits them).

I'm also surprised by how well they've handled our ERP system's integration and how quickly they can adapt to changes.

Our Sales Coordinator, who deals with the Geo Rep team and back-end platform, enjoys their ways of working and ease of use. This includes but is not limited to loading various call cycles, creating tasks, reporting outputs, customer and product updates, loading informational documents and raising support queries and requests. Having worked with several solutions before, this is great feedback to get.

Geo Rep constantly challenges the status quo and continues to find ways to evolve their product and offers. I'm excited for what lies ahead and am assured that Geo Rep will continue going the extra mile. Thank you team Geo Rep! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

I would have to nitpick to find things that I don't like, and even then there would be very few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Geo Rep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sharing information - having the ability to share information to and from the field on a consolidated platform

ERP Integration - have changes in our ERP for customer and product data automatically updated and almost instant updates for new sales

Reporting - effective and relevant reporting outputs, which allows us to gain better visibility and insight into what is happening in the trade

Flexibility - open to exploring unique requirements for our business and implement them accordingly

Innovation - Geo Rep continuously finds ways to evolve the product, and as a customer, you don't have to always ask for new features

Service - great service delivery - as a customer, you never feel like you are the second priority

"Great tool which has improved the way we do business!!!"

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

Geo Rep allows us to manage our customer visits much better. We have no admin as all reporrts are generated automatically. We have complete insight into what each rep is doing and how well they serve their clients. We can create territories for each rep and then have them create their call schedules. What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

Currently I feel that AI plays a very important part in Technology and GeoRep would need to close the gap in terms of this as well as Image recognition Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

This help us to track our users sales and tasks. Creates very easy-to-use reports, which we use to improve our performance. Managing our customer visits and frequency of visits is now much more efficient and easier to complete. We now work much smarter and get accurate data from trade. We are constantly refining our reporting and management app, refining data capturing and ways to gather and calculate data better. That you can add and remove Tasks as you wish, and no need for GeoRep to make the changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that there are not always signal in ALL areas makes it a bit difficult for the Users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are sorry that you are experiencing problems with your current mobile service providers, as they are the ones responsible for the lack of signal in your described areas. As lack of signal is not affected or caused by the Geo Rep app, we have created a fully functional offline mode for these exact situations - to enable you and your sales teams to keep working in these affected areas.

What do you like best about Geo Rep?
