"Georep simplistically connects your business to your field team"

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

Twisp (PTY) Ltd has been using Georep as our only field productivity app since February 2016. The Georep phone application has been used by 20 in-field Trade representatives and the backend web-portal has been used by management and admin support staff in this period.

Ultimately, we could not survive without the services that Georep offer us. They have been open to development of both the phone application as well as the backend web-portal to suit our business requirements. In addition, they have a skilled support team who assist with any queries or issues that may arise.

As a Sales Manager, the simple-to-use phone application has proven to be a lifesaver in that it minimizes admin and increases productivity by offering my in-field team a single platform to complete all of their daily tasks and activities. Furthermore, the backend web-portal has been hugely beneficial in giving us insights into our customers at the click of a button. The web-portal is also used every day to process orders, maintain our customer base and pull reports on rep activity and performance.

I cannot recommend Georep enough and would be happy to discuss the benefits and my personal experiences with anyone considering making use of their services.

- Manage, update and maintain our customer database

- Keep a history of in-field audits/tasks submitted by our Trade Representatives which is hugely valuable in understanding what is happening in our customers stores.

- Track our Trade representative’s daily activity

- Pull reports on strike rates, orders, photos and in-store tasks which adds huge strategic benefit to our business

- Have an easy snapshot view of each day’s activities

- Load content onto Georep Library which gives our Reps instant access to important documents and information.

- Track and record leave submissions by our field team

- Easily address issues or queries to the Georep support team.

"Must have solution! Full visibility into field and best ROI"

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

Visiting my customers and understanding their needs and feedback is important to my business. Geo Rep enables me to schedule visits, route plan those visits, track my agents achievements against scheduled visits and get valuable consistent feedback through tasks + forms. The Geo Rep team is extremely helpful and made setting up my system easy. Support is prompt and professional. Price point makes sense for all the features that I am getting and I can easily see an increase of over 30% in customer engagement which has generated a huge amount of additional business that we may have lost otherwise.

What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

There is nothing specific that I can mention as a dislike. Geo Rep communicates with me around upcoming developments and my requirements are met and more with what I know is in pipeline for new features.

Talk to Geo Rep, you will see that they are like business partners and are open to finding solutions that can make a difference. The system is quite modular and customization is possible, so understand all the features during the Demo.

Feedback from field that allows us to improve our service and retain clients.

Wasted time on reporting and admin has been reduced by at least 20% as agents used to spend most of Friday on reporting and stats which are now automatically generated.

Staff turnover and handover has been an issue in the past. Now all contracts, notes, geo locations and history are held on Geo Rep, therefore handing over a client list is easy.

"Commercially Essential Field Sales Productivity Platform"

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

The amount of time that is saved administering reps. At the day's end, you have an accurate report of exactly where and for how long each rep was. Most importantly, the stops that were not at one of our clients are listed. This greatly improved the productivity of my reps. The software is reliable with great speedy support.

What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

No real negatives. Geo Rep has always been very responsive to our needs.

Recommendations to others considering Geo Rep:

I was using a vehicle tracker to monitor reps, Geo Rep saved me having to keep an eye on movements during the day. You will see increased productivity, which in my case directly relates to sales, which will more than cover the cost. I would recommend getting a full demo as there are many features and functionalities that make Geo Rep a powerful tool to serve customers better and make objective business decisions.

What problems is Geo Rep solving and how is that benefiting you?

I found the number of clients visited per day went up dramatically. In the first six months, my most common question at sales meetings was, “what were you doing before we started using Geo Rep?”.

I now have confidence that my customers are being visited. I've seen an increased call rate of up to 50%, It didn't take long for this to translate to increased sales.

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

Quite simply - ease of use, set up and the quality of the support is unmatched.

The difference GeoRep has made to our business in terms of reducing admin, increasing visibility of field operations and providing us with actionable data and insights, has been a game changer.

Our trader sales operations have never been more streamline with a mobile app that is tailored to what they need the app to do to manage their performance and productivity out in the field, while the web portal provide easy to use access to managers and business users who require real-time data used to manage targets and campaigns and provide much-needed market insights that drives strategy.

GeoRep has been instrumental in re-shaping how we function operationally, by adding custom development and functionality to really make the software fit for our unique requirements and purpose, sometimes anticipating a solution before we even request it.

Lastly I have to mention the superb support team, without whom my job would certainly be impossible. With over 200 users, support is crucial, and often time sensitive. The GeoRep support team is not only super efficient and quick to assist, I can honestly say, they are probably the most professional and patient support team I have ever encountered.

GeoRep for the win! Any day of the week and twice on the weekend!

That they cant exclusively work for me :)

Geo Rep is the most user-friendly Sales App I have come across in my career. The team has managed to bridge the gap between Sales People and IT brilliantly. What do you like best about Geo Rep?

What I like the most about Geo Rep is its simplicity. Georep is an easy to use tool that gives our sales managers the insight they need into whats going on in the sales field as well as giving our sales reps the ability to capture sales activities and sales calls on the fly on their mobile devices. No more late night sales reports and messy calendars. Information is captures live per visit and sales managers have the ability to log into the portal at any time during the day to get a glance at whats the sales team has been up to in the field including call notes and call specific tasks. We dont see it as a rep monitoring tool but more a sales driven tool giving our reps the ability to manage their day better as well as give the sales managers a tool to better understand a day in the life of a sales rep, handle customer related issues as they happen and get a better insight into a sales reps area and customers. It is a must have tool for every business and I can not imagine being without it.

What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

I can not find any downsides or dislikes to using Geo Rep. As with all software and apps issues will arrise and the Georep support team have handled the very little technical issues we might have had like champs. Always avaible and support is instand. They really care and will do everything in their power to resolve an issue even going as far as contacting the affected end user and going through the possible solution step by step. They are a proud bunch of people and have passion for their product and more importantly their customers.

If you want to improve the overal perfomance of your sales team and give your sales manager the insite they need to better understand your customers and sales area's give Geo Rep a go. You wont be sorry.

What problems is Geo Rep solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest headache we had prior to using Geo Rep was having sales rep completing endless excel activity reports and emailing them to sales managers on a weekly basis. How do we merge them? How do we report on them? How do we use this data to better understand our business and customer needs? It is impossible. Issues that needed attention would only be discovered a week later. Sales reps would sit after hours completing sales reports and our sales managers would spend countless hours filtering through these excel reports that made no sense. Geo Rep solved this problem. Accurate and relevant data on the fly.

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

I love Geo Rep because it has simplified things for our company. Furthermore, with the world leaning towards technology for solutions. Geo Rep has helped us evolve and catch up with the rest of our competitors who currently rely on Apps to stay relevant. Geo Rep has become a partner we are reliant upon. Their innovative thinking has helped us to navigate our processes easily as well as enhance our sales force's lives.

What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

Nothing at all. They keep upgrading their software to cover more features which in turn adds more value to the App and our business. We are now less worried about minor details and are focused on the most importatnt aspect of our business.

Recommendations to others considering Geo Rep:

Suppose you need a partner as far as your sales force is concerned re: geotagging, sales software, easy access to information, etc. Geo Rep is your answer. They are reliable and their support team is on the ball whenever called upon.

What problems is Geo Rep solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a world where it's difficult to trust people> Geo Rep has resolved one of the most significant issues we had. We can now see where our sales force is at any given time. We have also come full circle in keeping info and accessing it with ease from the cloud; thanks to Geo Rep., we have focused on what is significant to us as a business, that is, sales, and worry less about policing the sales team. It has further enabled us to empower our sales force in planning better since their calling cycles are loaded on the App and they can easily go back to the previous visits and access information. Our Marketing team is able to navigate and access photos from the back end with so much ease than before.

Speak to Geo Rep's management team beforehand so they can show you all features and benefits; there are some technical aspects that you might not have considered before speaking to Warren and his team.

Both executive management and middle management should go through the application beforehand, so they understand what actions to impliment when there are any user queries.

What problems is Geo Rep solving and how is that benefiting you?

More accountability between our customers and us, enabling us to react to requests immediately because of the live email reporting. Data can be extracted into Excel, allowing us to track trends within the retail environment and use it to shape marketing and sales campaigns. Geo Rep's quick responses to any technical queries or issues are prompt, enabling our team to focus on their tasks with minimal downtime.

"Field sales force app which drives efficiency"

What do you like best about Geo Rep?

My favorite outcome is how the app has increased our sales force's efficiency. Sales managers become aware if there is a disproportionate amount of time spent on customers who deliver relatively small value. We can manage our sales team using measurable KPIs beyond sales vs. target. We believe that sales success is driven by meeting some KPIs, which will deliver sales results.

The app allows Sales Performance Management, monitoring actual sales vs. target by location and SKU.

What do you dislike about Geo Rep?

Some admin is required - eg upload of call cycles. However, with the use of pre-prepared templates, this can be done quickly and easily.

Recommendations to others considering Geo Rep:

The app lightens the administrative burden for both sales reps and their managers and at the same time provides transparency in their activities. Other functions also benefit from the app. Eg HR - to confirm working hours for the field sales team, Marketing - an insight to point of sale material installation at store level.

Benefits of using Georep:

Merchandising can be confirmed remotely.

The invisible activities conducted by our sales team become visible.

Awareness of competitor activities.

Sales force reporting is conducted while at the customer's location. This eliminates the need for lengthy reporting by the sales team after hours.

Confirmation of actual visits to stores by means of geo-locations.

Ability to capture orders on the app that are signed off and approved by the customer.
