**What do you like best about Genuity?**

- Intuitive and easy to navigate interface. 
- ability to manually import from a spreadsheet, network probe, connect to an agent, or even self-onboarding. 
- warranty tracking.
- you can add alerts PER asset. 
- you can create roles for your users and limit access to just certain modules.
- integration with Meraki and Ubiquiti.
- Contracts / Vendors / License tracking is well designed and grants fantastic visibility! You are able to create vendors, add contracts to the vendor, and track transactions. 
- easy learning curve! It is accentuated with the gamification concept, which adds a little bit of fun to the software.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

dislike is a strong word...  but there is always room for improvement:
- needs dark mode.
- could use an additional section within the asset view that provides a list of all tickets tied to the asset.
- add Apple's DEP integration, Mosyle integration, and Atlassian integration (or basic API/webhooks).

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our company grows, we've gained more assets, more vendors and more licenses per asset. Genuity has helped us corral all of the information in one place.  The most immediate benefit was visibility into which assets are near end of life, repair costs per asset, and which licenses are being used/underused.

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

Product reviews should rarely be about price, but that's not what will hold you back in your decision in purchasing Genuity. The layout and user interface is clear, thoughtful, concise and easy to navigate. The colors schemes, design and over all layout seem similar to what I would want if I was designing my own tickets system.  The interaction is fast,  nimble and I have a wealth of my entire IT infrastructure at just a few clicks away. The ticket system is intuitive and simple, while also adding complex automation and custom features under the surface. Asset management has become easier over time as we have deployed the wonderful agent tool to pull in hardware and software information. Genuity expands on basic tracking with a full window of asset assignment, costs, depreciation, status  and functions. All info  blend into the helpdesk ticket system. Regarding the Contract, Vender/SaaS and Telecom tracking is worth the price of admission within itself. You won't know how you ever lived with out a system automating your monthly/yearly contracts, invoices, purchases, credit card statements all thoughtfully intertwined  together for reporting and quick visibility.  As an IT director, we are often juggling these numbers constantly throughout the year and now, all this information at my finger tips.  Each module has a simple dashboard to keep track of your department at a glance or can drill down to your desire. Simply a beautiful interface and experience!

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Would like some more SSO features within AD/Asure integration. (e.g. selecting certain OUs) Also show a few more asset attributes on the main asset dashboard page. Quick link to "Ticket assigned to me" in Helpdesk would save my techs some daily clicking time. Otherwise it's hard to pick on such a great product.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

For any IT department that hasn't taken a look at Genuity, should at least take the time to see what they offer. I can't recommend it enough. -Ryan

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract tracking has already saved me time and looking forward to utilizing all invoice tracking with venders as going forward. A separate telecom module is brilliant to be able to track network specific information all in one central location while also being connected to the contracts. Genuity is simply blending many spreadsheets, systems, KBs, reports and tracking into one central ecosystem. It's the first opened system on my desk in the morning, and last to shut down before the end of the day. It is starting to really streamline my work functionality and organization.

The interface and ease of use of Genuity have made it very easy to implement and start using from day one. There was not a need for a lengthy onboarding process, and they are very responsive if we need any guidance.

The navigation seems a little wonky in where it places things. It takes a bit getting used to.

We are not tracking IT Assets or IT Software Assets. Genuity takes care of that for us.

IT Asset Tracking. Realized it's so much more than that. Playing around with the ticketing system and we're liking the customizable features so far.

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

If you are Small or Medium size the business. Genuity can help you started with ITSM if you never had it in your company. Or you feel like you outgrew spreadsheets.
Also as a small company you cautious about money, with its low fixed cost per company, unlimited users can fit into even nonexistent IT Budgets. If want to start moving in the right direction with your IT contracts, Telco assets, IT assets, and vendors management, Incidents management/helpdesk this could be the right tool to get started or complement existing tools. If you already have some tools in the company, for example, IT ticketing system, Genuity has other modules that can bring a lot of value.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Genuity still have some UI bugs, and some functionality was not fully covering our needs. But support was very helpful and responsive. 
Bug fixes was released pretty quickly. Missing functionality logged as feature requests for future roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

recommend this tool If you used more expensive alternatives and would like to cut down costs or looking for a perfect tool to get started.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract and vendor management: We went beyond internal IT needs and introduced this tool to other departments.
The legal team had to alert persons responsible for contracts and vendors, now it's pretty much an automated workflow.
Telecom expenses and contracts previously were a pain. 
Now this problem solved and we are not missing prices hikes and able to get back to telco providers proactively.

Vendor, cost, and contract tracking. Customer Success Manager and Support are timely and helpful in their responses. They care about your input on how to make the platform even better. They are constantly improving by way of your input. You also can't beat the cost for what you get.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Telecom module doesn't fit my current needs. They took my comments and suggestions to development to see if/how they could be incorporated into the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

If you're on the fence about using it, give the free trial a go. Speak to their Customer Success Managers about any questions or concerns. They are prompt, helpful, and courteous. Made the decision easy to sign up for the service.

Gaining greater visibility into tracking IT spending and contract/software renewals. The time savings compared to manually tracking in spreadsheets is profound.

The active directory syncing could be better as I would like to only pull users from a specific OU and not the entire directory. (However I have been informed that they are going to work on this functionaility.)

I highly recommend genuity as it is a very affordable asset management software and the team is always really great at assisting and implementing new features.

Platform is simple to start using, support is quick and top notch. Very open to ideas of how to improve the platform and ae continually adding on value added features

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Nothing for the size of company we are, but at previous companies the lack of internationalization to support different global locations would be an issue thing such as only supporting US ZipCodes for office locations vs international postal code standards as well. Minor issue which I am sure Genuity will address in the future.

Single source for IT contract management and vendor management. In todays world we have so many services it become hard to keep track of and ensure everything is renewed in a timely fashion. Gogenuity makes it simple.

I like that Genuity is easy to use, had an amazing UI and the team listens and implements feedback. They usually get back to me within a few business hours with an answer to any questions I have.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

I have been using Genuity for about a month. In that month, I have found a few things that can be improved on and let the team know.  A few of them were taken care of right away and the rest were put on the road map for future released.  I've never had a vendor take my feedback to seriously.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

I recommend Genuity to anyone looking to manage vendors, assets and contracts.  This product will help you get ahead of expiring contracts with automated reminders.

Genuity is letting my organization keep track of contracts and vendors.  I love getting notifications when contracts are expiring and it's way better than keeping track in Excel.  The interface is easy to use and very clean.  Looking things up is easy.

Make sure to do the trial to ensure it has all of the features you need. Test the support team to get an idea of the level of support you can expect. We were pleased with the price, features and support. We were looking for a help desk ticketing system that was easy to use and affordable. Genuity has a great product that is easy to set up and has lots of features to help you integrate the solution in your environment. The ease of use is a big issue for us because we wanted to be able to add new help desk staff and have them get up to speed with minimal effort and training. The Genuity platform is very simple to understand and simple to use which virtually eliminates the need to have training specifically for that platform.

We needed a cost-effective way to track our support activities and Genuity gives us that. The basic functions that we need are there and some additional features are coming that we are really looking forward to.

The solution is only $30 a month and can be used for all aspects of our IT department. They also listen to every one of my suggestions for fixes to improve the service.

Since they are a new service, they have a few bugs/fixes that need to be done. However, it is nothing major.

IT covers our I.T. help desk, department finances, network monitoring, asset management, etc.

When there is an issue, I get white gloves to support by chat, email, or even presentations on how to use their services. I feel they go out of their normal to help a customer.

The Ease of use and Excellent support. The Staff is very up front about their direction and follows thru on your concerns when question.

Only the fact it is such a NEW platform the current user base is growing, but it give me a little concern about its LONGEVITY when compared to others. But so far this concern has been extremely minimized.

The Yearly ROI is a major improvement from others.

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

The main functionality I use is the Contract Management feature, which is great.  It holds all of the data I need, has alerting for subscription renewals, and the dashboarding is great as well.  And if that's all the tool did for $30 a month, it would be worth the investment.  The fact that it does so much more at that price point is just a crazy value.

Also have to say that the Genuity team has been great so far.  Any time I have a question or concern, their responsiveness is virtually immediate.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

The IT asset management needs some work.  I would really like to see barcode scanning functionality for assets like phones, monitors, etc.  The reporting feature is also very bare-bones at the moment.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract and subscription spend.  We can now track all of the spend across multiple teams in a single system and single pane of glass.

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

The deployment is simple and robust, and gives me everything I need is a single pane of glass.  Across clients I can standardize on the same documentation of assets, contracts, etc.. and even provide dashboards to the management teams.  Oh, and the API's are great into your big vendors like Dell, HP, etc..

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Depending on the size of the organization and footprint, the amount of effort to populate all of your data is cumbersome.  However that is just the nature of taking what was potentially disorganized and consolidating this information under the Genuity platform.  They do have tools that help with this, which have been deployed and made is much easier to gather information!

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

The support rocks, they will go the extra mile for you.  They care about their customer base and it shows in their level of professionalism and support!

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The details that the platform is able to compress & consolidate into much easier management is great.  As a technical consultant, I can populate the information and have it generate reports for the C-levels that don't care much about the technical aspects.  This helps provide visual purpose and ROI to their technology footprint

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

This tool makes managing my assets straight forward and logical.  All the pertinent details are captured and easy to find on both Mac and PC.  Genuity support staff is very quick and responsive, always going the extra mile when I have requests.  Support staff  isn't afraid to call and chat about concerns, getting to the point and the resolution much quicker than others who only correspond via chat or email.  Some things just can't be explained in text, and need that hands on approach...that's what you get with Genuity.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Asset search can be wonky, sometimes if I type too fast it won't find the assets.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

Try it out, the affordable cost and ease if use make it a no brainer, for me.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Genuity I have all of my assets listed in one single tool.  This allows me to have much better visibility and control of what is where and who owns it.  Both mac and PC assets have fields for warranty info, which I use to build my refresh schedules.  Using Genuity instead of spreadsheets to manage company assets will save time and energy and increase accuracy across the board, enabling me to be much more efficient, which in turn save money.

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

Genuity management tool is excellent and their support staff was invaluable to us when it came to ending our contract with our old telco.   They told us exactly what to write and when to send it to cancel the auto-renewing contract properly with our old telco.  And when the telco tried to fight us on the cancellation and continued to bill us after we switched, which is a common tactic of big telco’s, we had all the proper paperwork to show them.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Genuity helps us keep track of our assets, manage contracts for all our venders and service providers. They let us visualize all our IT costs and save us time and money.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

Their support staff is excellent and the on-boarding process was relatively painless.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently don’t have any complaints, but when we did they were pretty quick to resolve them.

The responsiveness of the Genuity team is quick, and helpful. Always willing to help even with my short time I've been a part of the community. Also love how fast their turnaround time is for new updates/upgrades that we can easily use. It's easily customizable.

Just the fact I can't add assets to my platform, but that should hopefully be solved in the coming days

Saas/Vendor control and overview. The way the telecom and contract services are laid out is extremely helpful as well as the marketplace they have up and running.

**What do you like best about Genuity?**

My team has been searching for months for a platform that could help us manage our internal operations specifically our SaaS/hardware spend and manage all of our assets in one place. We looked into a lot of other solutions that cost much more, but none had the right products for what we were looking for and were too expensive. 
Thanks to Genuity our Purchasing team finally has a dashboard connected to QuickBooks to see in real-time the monthly annual software and hardware spend broken down by merchant and category. Previously, only the finance team had this info through Quickbooks for confidentiality reasons. In addition, we are now using Genuity for our asset management instead of paying for another platform. Our assets are tracked much closer now because Genuity is used for so much more than just asset tracking and with our old platform, nobody wanted to log in just to add an asset in a platform that was siloed from our other software. We now know when to start negotiating our new contracts based on the expiration dates in the Contracts module which was previously tracked in a spreadsheet and leverage the Okta integration to determine how much our team is using the software we are signed up for. 

The HelpDesk has been very helpful for our team to report internal IT issues or request new software/hardware. 

Did I mention the support is absolutely amazing? They will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy and they're committed to building the best product at an affordable price.

There's nothing I dislike about Genuity. It's really a great product for the price.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have an IT or Procurement Team so our Operations Team is managing all our assets and purchasing. Our Team needed a central portal to manage everything in once place and that's what Genuity has done for us.

Genuity is so easy to use. If a feature is not available, just ask. The team is more than willing to listen and work with you to make the product what you need it to be.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

So far there is very little I dislike about the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

The trial gives a great overall experience of the product and allows you to find out if the product will work for you. The support team is great. I used the chat function a lot and got an immediate response and an answer to my question.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Genuity is giving me the ability to easily give by business partners a transparent view into the IT organization's finances and allows them to see how much "their" projects actually cost the business.

By far the the service and communication are great. They actually take customer feedback and impliment changes that make sense in a timely manner. I really enjoy the product over all. Very excited as they grow the product and offering.

Nothing I truly dislike. I am able to do exactly what I need to do with this software. They continue to expand.

Test it out, offer feedback and experience it for yourself.

Asset management overall is solved. 
Being able to know exactly where our assets are and who is in control of those assets as we grow our company is our biggest benefit. I enjoy the contract tracking

Being able to see all our companies assets and contracts in one place with built in reminders for when we need to upgrade, review etc. has been invaluable to our business.  The support we receive with the platform is unparalleled.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

No complaints so far.  We arent using all aspects of the platform (no need for helpdesk) but its nice to know its there.

**Recommendations to others considering Genuity:**

Can't beat the price at $30 for your entire organization.  Invaluable tools.

**What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making total sense of our infrastructure has been the most valuable saving precious dollars.
Ability to get great deals through the marketplace is icing on the cake!

The asset & contract management modules are extremely useful in not only helping us track and manage  all our IT assets but also allows insight in tracking warranties and view all our contract information  in one place.

**What do you dislike about Genuity?**

Ease of set up configuration. Not bad but could be improved.

We employ several leasing programs on many of our IT equipment deployments. Tracking these assets life cycles are critical.  Utilizing  the Genuity IT asset management tool has greatly simplified this process.
