Great integration and support from the Gentrack team. constant new features.

A lot to take in for new users - quite an intimidating design as as there are so many options.

**What problems is Gentrack Junifer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Junifer allows us to correctly look after our customers in an efficient manner
