Genesis Mining is a technology company and the world's leading provider for Bitcoin and altcoin cloudmining. We offer our clients easy access to small, medium and large mining contracts. Multipool techniques are used to automatically convert altcoins to Bitcoin, which are daily transfered into customer wallets. Mining starts immediately after signing the contract.

**What do you like best about Genesis Mining?**

Last year when the cryptocurrency is at its peak, people are facing hard time to find genuine mining platform and i can say that genesis mining is one of them. It is the powerfull platform where a user or a group of user can invest and gets daily payouts depending on the hashrate.

**What do you dislike about Genesis Mining?**

Initially the hashrate is quite good and people are getting daily payouts and aftter bitcoin halving its payout frequency decreases and amount decreases drastically. Now our company is facing really a hard time to end the contract since the payouts and mining process slows down. Since we now feel that instead of investing in genesis mining we could have earned 10 times more in bitcoin since its value nearly increased to $8000 from $800 in 2017.

**Recommendations to others considering Genesis Mining:**

May be we can wait holding cryptocurrency rather than investing in genesis mining.

**What problems is Genesis Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our company invested in mining process at that time we are able to get our full amount within 3 years and now it might take more than 10 years for return. Now, after completing nearly 2-2.5 years, genesis mining stop giving payouts and their customer support is also not responsive. For nearly 2 years i have not been paid by genesis and lost belief in genesis mining.
