Generect's biggest strength from an operations standpoint is the way it centralizes and automates processes that were previously manual and siloed. This integrates perfectly with our Shopify backend, so our inventory and product data are always in sync. That means I can stop fielding a never-ending barrage of tickets from marketing requesting small adjustments for every layout tweak. They use the platform when they can, where the platform provides a controlled, but still agile, environment in which they can launch their campaigns without needing much dev or ops oversight which has relieved alot of friction from our processes. By default, the user permission settings were unnecessarily permissive. The goal was to secure a handful of financial and inventory data fields while allowing the marketing team to go wild creatively. A quick support call had it configured properly, but I think the default roles could use some more granularity from the outset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
