What do you like best?

The mobile application is user friendly and compliments the desktop mobile site. Also, the program itself is self-explanatory and easy to self-teach. There are an abundance of training videos available as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Customer service is very difficult to get ahold of and is not helpful in resolving issues. The mobile site often times goes "offline" and is not reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The payroll and billing being comprehensively looped in with all other functions has proven to be a large benefit to our teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It keeps me organized. My schedule is easy to read. It has information I need for clients including phone numbers for emergencies. Easy to log in and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every once in a while it can lag but not very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
