General Input (generalinput.com) is an AI automation platform. Describe a business process in plain English and AI specialists build and run it across 800+ connected tools and 80,000+ actions, including your CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, billing and applicant tracking system. There are no flowcharts to draw and no connectors to set up. General Input connects a company's business tools to an AI that can actually use them. Teams use it three ways: 1. Ask and it happens. Ask for what you need ("which deals slipped this month", "email the client the updated figures") and it is done against your real accounts. 2. Anything worth repeating becomes automatic. A workflow runs on a schedule or whenever a trigger fires, such as a new lead arriving, and every run is visible. 3. Anything worth looking at becomes a tool. Trackers, dashboards and review queues are built as small internal apps for your team. Work is organized into specialists, each owning one goal and holding the workflows, apps and skills built for it. Over time they form a digital workforce that repeats your existing processes and moves repetitive work off your team's plate. General Input works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Sheets, Stripe, QuickBooks, Bullhorn, JobDiva and 800+ more through managed OAuth. It runs models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other labs, and it is also available as an MCP server, a command-line tool and an iPhone app. Every action is governed. An Agent Firewall, approvals and audit logs control what automations can touch, and everything built is private to its owner until they share it. General Input is SOC 2 Type II. It is built for ordinarily smart generalists who know their processes and want working software without engineering tickets. Plans start free, with paid plans per seat for teams.
