What do you like best about Genea Security?
I like how the UI is very clean, and there's excellent functionality. Remote access is great. Support on the website is great.
What do you dislike about Genea Security?
Have had hardware issues in the past, but support was quick to get in touch and send out technicians. Issuing out keys can be finicky at times.
What problems is Genea Security solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy remote access for employees. No need for keys, they can just touch their phones to the reader.

The ease of use when manipulating access control times, and users within the system.
What do you dislike about Genea Security?
The mobile app from time to time wouldn't work on various user devices; however, it worked for many of our users flawlessly.
What problems is Genea Security solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring physical security of our place of business was paramount to our security policies of our enterprise. Genea allowed us to do that with ease.

What do you like best about Genea Security?
Genea is very easy to install and manage users. Their excellent customer service, from negotiations to installation, was outstanding. Compared with other app access controls we have used, Genea is the most complete. I like the remote management of the door, especially in the remote work environment.
What do you dislike about Genea Security?
The installation is a little bit costly but still worth the money!
What problems is Genea Security solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great solution for access control in our offices. It is integrated with Okta, so when someone leaves the company and its Okta is disconnected, the person loses all access automatically.

Visibility into who is accessing the office given that many are still remote.

Some of the more advanced features are a little clunky and take some practice to figure out how to use them effectively.

Visibility into access and security. Definitely makes security and remote working easier.

What do you like best about Genea Security?
Genea Access Control offered an excellent dashboard UI and a good suite of REST API tools for us to automate auditing and reporting for SOC review. We are pleased about what it can do for our employee access analytics. The Rest API tool allows us to export the records to another data analytics tool to further analyze the employee access records. These records are then used for office activities and meeting room usage planning.
What do you dislike about Genea Security?
Not so much of a dislike but I would recommend the Genea Access Control dev team to develop features like event hooks processing or integration to an external logging system so we can review it via Splunk or Kibana, etc.
What problems is Genea Security solving and how is that benefiting you?
Genea Access Control solves the headache of physical premise access control and reporting for SOC review. This is very important to keep our organization compliant with access regulation and SOC compliancy.
