First they had a reasonable fee, then they increased the fee, then they increased the fee again for trades made through the consumer version ("Gemini") of their interface but not for the professional version of their interface ("Gemini ActiveTrader") that requires you to contact support for them to activate. Without the "ActiveTrader" interface, you are missing basic functionality such as limit orders. Then they reduced the fees again. All of this within two years. This makes the company's fee structure and feature set feel unpredictable, and makes me wonder if they will still be reasonably priced and offer a proper feature set in the future.
