I added their ceramic mugs to my store and ordered some samples. I also had a couple orders on my site for mugs. Of the 10 or so that I got from them, 5 of them had various flaws; some small, some very, very large. This was bad enough that I removed mugs from my store entirely. They are just not of quality, the print is not crisp by any means, and there's little consistency in the print.

I would LOVE to add photo books to my store but you CAN'T design the back or the spine of the books in their online design tool. You can if you download their template but it's a nightmare to use. THEN they offer NO mockups of your book. How can I sell books if I don't have images of it? I'd have to order a sample of every single book I make and take my own photos every time.
