GearCorral is uniform inventory and checkout software for high school and middle school athletic programs. It replaces the uniform spreadsheet that's wrong by the first game. Coaches put a QR label on every jersey, helmet, warm-up and team bag, then scan gear out to athletes with their phone's camera on issue day. No app to install, and students never need accounts. Each family gets an emailed receipt listing every item, its replacement cost and its due date. At season's end, gear is scanned back in, and the Still out list shows who has what and what it's worth. Coaches can send reminders in two taps and hand the front office a list of what's owed. Built for how school teams actually work: - Sport templates for football, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, softball, track and field, cross country, wrestling and lacrosse, or any custom team. - Parent volunteers can scan from their own phones with a temporary link. They see no costs or contact details. - Families send sizes through a link before issue day, so coaches can order before the season. - Found-gear QR pages let anyone who finds a lost jersey return it without seeing the athlete's name. - Scanning works offline in equipment rooms with no signal. - Athletic directors see every team's gear from one school page. Pricing is $79 per team per season, or $499 a school year for every team in a school with a School Pass, payable by invoice or PO. Built by a coach who has written software for 25 years.
