I’ve had an excellent experience using its full suite of pillars—Strategy, Health, Foundation, Integrity, Reliability, and Reliability Plus (SmartSignal). Strategy is particularly valuable for developing equipment-level strategies. It supports risk assessments tied to maintenance planning, helping us maximize reliability while minimizing costs. This has been a game-changer for aligning technical decisions with business outcomes. Health provides real-time visibility into asset conditions, enabling proactive interventions. Foundation ensures consistent data architecture and integration across systems. Integrity helps us manage compliance and risk, especially for regulated assets. Reliability and Reliability Plus (SmartSignal) deliver predictive analytics that have helped us catch potential failures early and improve uptime.
