The only thing that I would say that I dislike is their technical service. To be fair this comment is not related to technology service it is directed to SME availability in areas like asset strategies, RBI and inspection with expertise in the field and how to correlate all the features of GE APM software to executable programs within a refinery or an oil and gas facility.
