I love the awesome user interface of GE Vernova APM, which really enhances my experience using the software. In my view, the creation of reports in APM extraction can be improved. It would be useful to be able to extract reports by period, with charts and dashboards, such as top 10 cases, alerts, and most recurring issues. Additionally, I miss training related to the software, as it has many features that I am not familiar with and could be useful in my daily routine. It would be ideal to have an option in the help tool, with access to videos showing the complete use of the software for each new user, since I did not have this training and had to learn on my own.
