I also agree with the temporary editing functionality in GDocs that allows real time sharing of the document. What do you dislike about GDocs? The drawback for me is the absence of the effective offline features, on this option. It is possible to format and edit the content only to a certain extent, changes made offline have to be made online afterwards, which may be rather inconvenient. It's the free application having many features. Since it is web based it syncs all our team data and can be seen love changes going on. What do you dislike about GDocs? As the Google doc and drive is not sync, I am not sure whether this can be a con. Apart from this resy everything looks good. At a times it get hung in Google Chrome.
