**What do you like best about GCPay?**

I like the easy-to-use dashboard and straightforward navigation of GCPay. The layout feels intuitive, and invoicing is easy. The initial setup was simple, especially since we only have one user.

**What do you dislike about GCPay?**

We do have issues from time to time with obtaining lien waivers while invoicing. It may be a GC issue but sometimes they do not show up to be signed after we submit an invoice.

**What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GCPay to manage invoices and compliance as a subcontractor. It helps track compliance and invoices effectively. The dashboard is easy to use with an intuitive layout, making invoicing straightforward.

I really appreciate how GCPay simplifies the payment workflow. It's very helpful in my day-to-day work as it reduces the need for multiple manual steps and helps ensure payments move through the system more efficiently. Also, I don't have much to say about problems because any issues I face are quickly resolved by GCPay support. The initial setup was also very easy.

I love how GCPay has an easy interface for submitting payments. It's user-friendly and not overwhelming, making everything easy to find. The quick submission of payment applications is a huge plus, and I appreciate that it only takes 5 minutes to submit a draw. The simpler training and payment processing make my life easier. The setup was very easy too. Overall, GCPay offers everything I need.

I mostly use GCPay for billing and invoices, and I find it very easy to use compared to other billing platforms. I like its easy-to-use and user-friendly interface, which is easy to understand. GCPay also reminds me of what's missing and shows me notifications, which is really helpful. The initial setup was very easy.

GC Pay helps our subcontractors submit their SOV's and Pay Applications which helps save us a tremendous amount of time.

**What do you like best about GCPay?**

I use GCPay for letting subcontractors bill for their contracts. I like the transparency it provides for subs. Subcontractors can go into the audit trail themselves, so they don't have to reach out to us for the status of their draws. The support team is amazing, and any problems we run into are resolved very quickly. The initial setup of GCPay was very easy.

**What do you dislike about GCPay?**

The integration with Acumatica can be wonky sometimes. Resolving the issue with tax took a bit of time along with the current issue of documents not exporting properly.

**What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GCPay lets our subcontractors bill for contracts, fixes incorrect billings, and increases transparency through access to audit trails. The support team quickly resolves issues.

Yes, I would like to have GCpay get with Vista and come up with a better way to release retention.

Simple and easy to use UI/UX. Performs well and have not suffered any bugs or issues. Support is quick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about GCPay?**

If I am trying to edit text I can only backspace till I reach the spot I want to edit. If I try to click to the specific area I want to edit it doesn't allow me to and it deletes the whole line of text.

**What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of having to chase down subcontractors for invoices and conditional/unconditional progress waivers. Prior it was all done manually and was very tedious and time consuming.

**What do you like best about GCPay?**

I love the live Chat and knowing that there is a real person on the other end who can help me and explain things when needed.  There has been multiple times that I have had to use the chat and I have been helped everytime.  I use GC Pay every single day.  I love how easy it is to use.  I love that there is now integration which makes it even more user friendly.  Uploading compliance is so easy for us and our subs.

**What do you dislike about GCPay?**

No complaints! It is very user friendly, in my opinion.

**What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I have had any issues with not getting email notifications or getting emails that I shouldnt be, the live chat person was there to help me and correct things for me.

I wish they could process payments via ACH within the platform - similar to Textura. It would be nice if the platform would have a method of processing the billing payment from the GC to the sub vs using manual or other outside platforms.

Before GC Pay, we used to receive subcontractor invoices by email. It’s so much easier now having subs submit all their invoices in one place, and nothing gets lost.

**What do you dislike about GCPay?**

That subs can submit final billings with retention and that you cannot import those into Sage

**What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all sub invoices and compliance documents.

The payment applications are all set and it is easy to add in all of the information. The process goes extremely quickly.

I dislike having to wait for the company to submit the applications first before I can apply for payment.

**What do you like best about GCPay?**

GCPay streamlines the process of payment processing of our subcontractors.  It is customizable to what our company requires in the form of compliance items, certified payroll reports, retainage.  GCPay makes the subcontractor's part of the billing process easy as well.  Step by step instructions (with screenshots) help the subcontractor move easily through the process of creating their billings in the GCPay portal.  

The subcontractor can track their submittals in the status bar... status updates are right there, letting them know when a billing has been submitted, viewed and approved or rejected.

The GCPay Support Team is absolutely amazing!  Always a quick response to us or our subcontractors regarding any issues that they have in the billing process. I've received numerous emails from subcontractors stating that the GCPay Support Team always has the answer to any issue to resolve it quickly and easily.  Subcontractors new to the GCPay billing process appreciate the Support Team having access to their screen so that they can be "walked" through whatever issue they might have with the program.

**What do you dislike about GCPay?**

The only downside I would have with GCPay is that I don't see what the subcontractors see in GCPay.  This is only a problem when a subcontractor has an issue with their side of the process.  Since I can't see what they do, I can't always help them figure out the solution and have to pull in GCPay Support to assist.  This is never a real issue though, as the Support Team is so quick to respond.  

This makes it a learning experience for me as well, as  I take the information the Support Team gives to the subcontractor regarding any issue and keep it in a file in case it comes up for someone else in the future. Bonus!

**What problems is GCPay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company requires certain forms from our subcontractors prior to payment processing.  These include Release of Liens, Material Supplier Waivers and Certified Payroll Reports.  In the past, getting these forms from the subcontractors was a monumental task as everything was done via email and phone calls.  This required tracking every supplier for every subcontractor on every project we have.  I have to make sure that the waivers, liens and payroll reports are submitted prior to any payment being released.  As I am the only person in the office that tracks this information, it has reduced the time i have to invest by days!

Switching everything over to GCPay, the tracking processing is streamlined.  No phone calls, emails or manual tracking for me.  GCPay will even automatically generate and send the supplier waivers to the subcontractor 's suppliers for the them to free up their time as well!!  If a waiver hasn't been returned, or is lost by a supplier, you can go in and with one click resend the waiver.   Email notifications from GCPay when releases, waivers and compliance items are uploaded by subcontractors makes the tracking process easier as well.

We also make errors on occasion, but I can always count on the Support Team at GCPay to find a way to correct them as easily and as quickly as possible.
