**What do you like best about GBuilder?**

GBuilder complicates the understanding of project requirements for its users. The user interface is not straightforward in the stages. It fails to provide all the necessary information without overwhelming anyone. GBuilder fails to facilitate the coordination of BIM processes and software on construction sites.

**What do you dislike about GBuilder?**

There is room for improvement in terms of user interface and incorporating regional features. There are areas that needs to be improved. The platform lacks communication features making collaboration with stakeholders difficult. The systems ability to handle and organize customer requests is somewhat limited.

**What problems is GBuilder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite its visualizations, GBuilder needs to benefit from customization options to cater to project requirements. GBuilder has truly been obstructive, to our property management company. With its features, we are unable to handle aspects of property management from monitoring maintenance requests to organizing lease agreements.
