It gives a proper white board to create process hierarchies & Swimlane diagrams (To display roles & responsibilities). It has a multi-language support option too. But according to my point of view some of the small businesses or startups may feel pricing is little high if they only need few features. Before BIC our workflows were not organized, But now we are managing and creating workflows by creating process maps( swimlanes ). Multiple people can edit or comment on the same diagram without messing the process diagram. The diagrams looks really professional. Every process in the diagram shows clearly who's responsible. If anything is not going as per requirement , we know from the system we exactly know who is responsible. So, its really helping in managing business processes and workflows. The user-friendly interface makes navigation easy, allowing our colleagues in more than 50 worldwide locations to efficiently manage and visualize our more than 600 processes and more than 8000 documents (global and local). The system offers impressive features for organizing both global and local processes and documents, making it an invaluable asset for our operations. Design and optical features allow me to craate and Process Landscape easily. The integratio to our GRC Module give us a strategic advantage. In general, there are only punctual functionalities missing. - Invalidation of documents (the archiving process of them is extremely painful) - The versioning needs improvement and a split between versions due to workflow release or objects updates. - The Audit Module has not be presented in a charm way, to have the buy-in in our team.
