I like the different process views in the BIC Platform, especially the matrix view, which provides a good overview of relevant information that is not visualized in the BPMN standard. It's great that we can map RACI responsibilities and applications with it. I also like the ability to make diverse configurations according to our own requirements. I think it's great that specific attributes can be defined for processes and activities, which is very helpful for our organization. What do you dislike about BIC Platform? I find it annoying that pages often need to be reloaded because no content is displayed on the first attempt. For example, the favorites are missing on the MyBIC homepage. Having more options to design not only flow charts, but also a variety of other processes as well as standard charts. When create a new process or chart, sometimes you need to take a step back and see the big pictures before jumping in. During process discussions, the results can be saved efficiently in digital form thanks to the simple operation. The digitisation of our processes can be carried out decentrally thanks to the intuitive operation, which considerably accelerates the modelling of our business processes. The license policy should be change to disable the whole organisation to view even processes, which are under discussuion throughout the whole organisation. To achieve this the License "Viewer" should be able to view diagrams in draft status, at least by enter the URL of the draft. There are still a number of user-friendliness aspect to improve on: opening a subprocess to another window or tab (if you are accessing the subprocess from a process and not from the explorer), connectors are fussy and a bit hard to align at times 2. Some glitches such as: \> reverting the swimlane color to its default even if I have changed it intentionally, it would revert to default color after checking in the map \> it's showing to be locked by the last user even if it's already checked in, so have to check out and back in again 3.
