What do you like best about Gaviti?

The standout feature of Gaviti is its ability to operate seamlessly in the background, diligently identifying invoices that may have been overlooked in the past. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

What do you like best about Gaviti?

I can get invoices easily and search not only by company name but by invoice number. It is very useful that they are in PDF format as well. Easy to search and use, like the user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

I would like to see paid invoices on there as well for past research history. I would also like the ability to get statement histories on there. Also if I download more than one invoice for the same company making them on one PDF instead of a Zip file would save me even more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. It's great to hear that Gaviti is making it easy for you to access invoices yourself; that is one of the goals of our product. I wanted to let you know that it is possible to see paid invoices as well as unpaid invoices. To do this, click on the "filter" icon at the top of the page, go to "invoice due status," and select the statuses of the invoices you want to see. I hope this helps. Additionally, you can view this information directly from the Invoice or Customer tabs if you're looking to track activity related to a specific invoice or customer. when a payment is rejected, the invoice will no longer allow any additional attempts to pay to occur. The customer assumes it went through. This is problematic for collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
