Gaviti has full flexibility on how to engage the customers and each client or group of clients can get a unique dedicated WF.
For clients that have multiple reminders to go on the same day, we have an option to unify them into a single reminder that mentioned all the open invoices.
If the client has tons of overdue invoices, they will get more follow-ups.
I'd suggest reducing reminder recurrence while creating reminders that mention all open items (and attach all files). This way there are fewer touchpoints but the client is engaged about all outstanding items.
