What do you like best?

The quick support. Anytime we have any issue they are very quick to respond and give a helping hand. We also really do like to website. It gives to a nice overview of your current AR. If you need more detail you can drill down but the overview is very nice. The next best part is the automatic emails that get sent out by the system. What do you dislike?

The setup was a little difficult. This was the first time doing this type of setup so I am sure that was part of it. I can't say enough good things about how involved they were in helping us get it setup and ensuring it worked. It was just a little more difficult than expected but nothing we couldn't handle with their help. I wouldn't say there are any downsides to using Gaviti. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to be very thorough as far as what you expect out of the program with them ahead of time. This will make the setup go much smoother rather than figuring out additional things you would like after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the visibility I get into our AR with Gaviti. I can take a high level picture on the dashboard or I can drill down into customers or invoices or specific aging buckets. Having the system distribute our invoices to our customers and send timely reminders has improved our DSO by 6 days. This has been invaluable as our sales have increased at an unexpected pace coming out of the pandemic shutdown. The implementation was painless, fast and efficient, and they are continually upgrading and making changes to help the users with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is somewhat difficult to navigate the activity log and it would be nice to have an exception report so I could get to the issues more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have limited resources and need assistance with managing AR and collections, Gaviti is a great option. Don't put it off because you are unsure of systems integrations because the staff of Gaviti is great at helping work through the details and providing assistance with the connections. We have a more consistent flow of information to our customers and can see issues to follow up on collections efforts or correct errors more quickly. What do you like best?

Automated the follow-up with customers and notification to account managers. With a lean A/R departments, we prioritized larger receivables, but that left a high volume of smaller balances unattended most months. Gaviti changed that for us. Now we can reach every customer (at least those we choose) . The tool provides statements (very positive for the customers), but also fills the gap of reaching lower balance past due customers. What do you dislike?

There is not much we do not like about Gaviti. One challenge is we must carefully manage notifications for certain customers. Some feel "pestered" by all the emails. Since they are good payers, we have to change settings to reduce the number of notifications for these. This takes extra time, but well worth the effort for customer satisfaction. Even though we don't like having to do this, it is still a great plus that Gaviti gives us the option. So even something we don't like is better than the alternative. This is a must-have tool for businesses with high volume of collections/customers that wish to leverage lean staffing. The tool highly effective, and saves a great deal of time otherwise spent on the phone and sending emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a lean A/R staff. Reaching a high volume of past due customers, while still going after the largest balances is a challenge.

In the past few years, customers seem to be paying slower, but we were unable to efficiently reach them. Also, our accounting system did not have an efficient way to send statements. It is very manual and VERY time-consuming. Gaviti fills the gap well. Now we can reach slow paying customers and provide routine statements to all customers without burdening existing staff. As a result, we have seen past due balance drop significantly, and customers now reach out to us when they are missing invoices BEFORE becoming past due. Thank you for the review.

Gaviti has full flexibility on how to engage the customers and each client or group of clients can get a unique dedicated WF.

For clients that have multiple reminders to go on the same day, we have an option to unify them into a single reminder that mentioned all the open invoices.

If the client has tons of overdue invoices, they will get more follow-ups.

I'd suggest reducing reminder recurrence while creating reminders that mention all open items (and attach all files). This way there are fewer touchpoints but the client is engaged about all outstanding items.

What do you like best?

The best feature for our organization is are the email templates and auto-send feature. This has saved us a tremendous amount of time, this can now be spent in value creation and not so much administrative activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only negative I could think of is price, the product is a bit more expensive than others on the market. BUT I feel the value Gaviti provides is far above the other applications we reviewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was taking a lot of time to manually write emails to each client reminding them of a past due invoice. With Gaviti, the emails go out automatically and with the details clients need (invoice #, amount, and even statements). The increase in collection email response rates was exponential. What do you like best?

The fast customer support. Whenever we've a problem, they react quickly and offer assistance. We like the site, also. This gives your present AR a great introduction. You are able to drill down in case you require more detail, although overview is reasonably good. The second point about the method is the automatic e mails. What do you dislike?

The arrangement was a little hard. It was the first-time this kind of installation is completed, so I am certain it was included. I cannot say enough great stuff about precisely how they helped us established it up so it proved helpful. What do you like best?

Gaviti helps us contact a large number of customers and create workflows to be as effective as possible in order to be as effective as possible. It allows us to focus on the more complicated scenarios without having to send routine generic e-mails. By using Gaviti we are keeping our DSO under control when facing ever-increasing level of customers. It allows us to scale up without having to spend more resources on handling these extra invoices every month. The user interface is always improving and the customer success team and product team proactively reaches out for feedback and to inform us of improvements. The ability to see if a customer has received and read e-mails as well as the ability to download this data for analysis means we are focusing to reach all our customers. What do you like best?

The system is very user friendly and quite descriptive. In addition, the staff is super helpful and replies to inquiries quickly! The dashboard provides a lot of information and I can see what I've accomplished Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally the way that the screens are set up, things are limiting. For instance if you enter a note, you cannot edit is once it's saved. In addition, when upgrades are done, we've seen glitches happen where notifications are sent or the wording has been changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The charts that Gaviti has available makes the status of our receivables very clear so that we can share the information throughout the company. What do you like best?

I feel it is a great product. It allows me to focus on the most critical accounts and allows me to set alert/reminders. In addition, generate collection spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. I truly feel it has made a difference. When we implemented this program, we had 160 customers who were past due. We are not at 40. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like that everything is in once place for all clients and that we can add notes at the customer or invoice level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Credit memos are not counted in the aging buckets, but I've been told this will be resolved soon.

Also, notes can not be deleted if inaccurately placed on the wrong invoice/client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Gaviti provides a concise view of our delinquent invoices. It provides a notes log which has been helpful when tracking follow-up on past due invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any downsides to using. The only previous detractor was the inability to pull the PDF with proper formatting, but that has been corrected! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

My favorite part of Gaviti is how organized everything is. Gaviti is so well laid out. It is simple enough for a novice to come in and understand how to move through it. Very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

You make a great point about not wanting to send too many messages in succession to debtors. That is a function of the configuration of your workflows, days that they are sent, along with some other controls you have to ensure optimal performance.
