**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

I like how easy it is to see the paper trail with Gaviti. I can simply go into the invoice and see if another collector has any notes or if a project manager or account manager has added any insights about why an invoice hasn't been paid or how close we are to billing these invoices. It really makes data collection hassle-free. Gaviti gives great tracking on invoices that have gone out to customers, shows when that customer has opened those invoices, and allows them to pay directly through the emails that are automatically generated.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

I think the email distribution group being by customer rather than being project specific is a hinderance. We have a variety of projects with a single customer, and invoices are sometimes sent to everyone, not just the relevant people. It would be a lot easier if there was a way to restrict or organize which contacts receive them from the start.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaviti provides great tracking on invoices, indicating when customers open them and facilitating direct payments through automated emails. It consolidates everything under one umbrella, making it easy to track updates and notes from different roles, thus streamlining our operations.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

I really like the automation in Gaviti, especially how it handles follow-ups, which makes my invoicing and collections processes much easier. Also, the easy visibility of invoices is a big plus for me. The aging buckets and the ability to create dashboards save a lot of time when it comes to filtering, which is quite handy. Additionally, I find Gaviti quite straightforward to use when it comes to maintaining workflows. Its syncing capability with our main software Q360 on an hourly basis is excellent for keeping our invoices and aging updated.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

The filtering is still a little wonky and not always intuitive. When I use filters, I think of the way they should work as being similar to Microsoft Excel. Gaviti has too many layers to unpeel to find what you need.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gaviti for invoicing and collections. It automates follow-ups, saving time on filtering with easy visibility of invoices. The aging buckets and dashboard creation are helpful.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

Gaviti is very helpful when it comes to following up with customers. It helps the AR team avoid delays in communication, and each time an automated follow-up is sent, the customer is usually triggered to respond.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

As of the moment, Gaviti still needs some improvements when it comes to attaching invoice copies. Right now, it can only send a statement of account and a notification once the invoice has been created, but it can’t send the actual invoice copy. Because of this, on our end we still need to send the invoice separately in another email.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Gaviti, our AR follow-ups relied heavily on manual emails, calls, and individual tracking, which made it easy to miss follow-ups, duplicate efforts, or lose the history of past interactions. Gaviti helps solve this by automating reminders, follow-ups, and escalation workflows based on each customer and their risk level.

Gaviti gives me real-time visibility into all my customers' invoices, makes it easy to download copies to resend, and lets me share updates live with my team.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

The platform can be slow at times, and the ability to create views/filters could be improved.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting on past due invoices. Often in the sales process, I would fail to check on customers' open invoices before meetings. Gaviti allows me to check in real time, so I can add past due or pending invoices to the talking points. Gaviti also allows me to post notes for my entire team to see so efforts are not duplicated keeping us aligned and organized. It also prevents over-messaging to customers, which can be seen as annoying.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

I like how Gaviti brings clarity and structure to the entire receivable process. Instead of chasing updates across emails, Excel sheets, and different teams, everything stays in one place — overdue status, follow-ups, history, disputes, and next actions. It also makes my day-to-day work smoother because I get real-time visibility on what's pending, follow-ups become consistent and trackable, and it's easier to prioritize high-risk accounts. Reporting becomes more reliable for reviews. I really enjoy how Gaviti keeps the workflow disciplined without feeling complicated. Task-based follow-ups make it clear what needs to be done next and by whom. Strong visibility for escalations makes it easier to push critical cases at the right time. A centralized communication trail helps a lot when internal teams ask for updates, and better accountability reduces follow-up gaps because every action is tracked.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

A few things in Gaviti that don't work as well are: reporting could be more flexible - sometimes it takes extra efforts to get quick, customized views for leadership. The dashboard feels slightly rigid - I'd like more control over what I can pin or highlight. The learning curve for new users - it's not hard, but first-time users need some guidance to use it properly. Integration can be smoother - especially when connecting with ERPs or internal banking systems.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

I use Gaviti to help keep on top of debtors in my credit control role. It really helps to see my debtors in one place, making it easy to download an Excel with all my current invoices and to see which ones are overdue. I love the notes feature the most because it allows me to keep up to date with what has been done for each invoice or debt. The promise to pay addition within notes is awesome as it can be easily updated, providing a quick and helpful team update. I also like that I can set up email notifications, which remind me of what I need to do next for an invoice and when. Adding the same note to multiple invoices is super helpful and speeds up the process. Being able to filter invoices in many ways really helps to find information quickly. Using downloaded Excels for creating clear and quick client updates is another plus. And although I wasn't around for the initial setup, it’s been intuitive and easy to use in my first finance role.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

I sometimes forget a filter is on and when I search for invoices it doesn't show them because of the filter. Maybe a clearer/bigger 'filter on' feature would help. It would also be useful to be able to see paid invoices up until a certain length of time. Like I say a section to see paid invoices so we can see previous notes would be helpful as it is sometimes helpful to look back on the notes.

Gaviti helps me manage debtors by consolidating invoices, tracking overdue ones, and monitoring team contact notes, which streamlines my credit control tasks.

The initial setup was easy.

A few things could be improved. The platform feels a bit complex at first, and the reporting/filters could be more flexible for quicker insights. Some features also require manual work that could be more automated, like updating follow-up status after calls/emails, adding notes and next action dates for each account, marking disputes or reasons for delay manually, assigning or reassigning tasks when ownership changes, and tracking partial payments and adjusting the pending amount.

What I like the most about Gaviti is the structure and clarity it brings to accounts receivable follow-ups. Overall, it makes the accounts receivable process feel professional, controlled, and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

Honestly, Gaviti is a strong platform, but there are a few areas where it could be improved, especially when you're using it in a busy logistics and warehouse environment. The learning curve for new users can be a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren't very tech-comfortable. It takes some time to understand the workflows and dashboard. Customization could be more flexible; we sometimes need more flexibility in customizing workflows, templates, or escalation paths to match our internal processes. The reporting could be more intuitive; it would be great if it were easier to pull specific insights quickly. Integration dependencies are significant too, as the experience depends heavily on how well it's integrated with ERP/Billing systems. If data syncing isn't perfect, it can create gaps that still need manual follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

I like that the program is user friendly. Since I train all employees that use the program, that makes my job a lot easier. Since we only use the collections part, I can train a new user in less than an hour.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

There seems to be a lag in the system when multiple people are using it. I do not know if it is a system issue for my computer but a couple other users in our company have the same problem.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to enter notes in one system and managers are able to pull notes in report form without us having to send it. If we have a change in coverage for a certain location, the history for the open invoices transfers and helps the new person become up to date quickly.

I find Gaviti to be a user-friendly platform. Its custom reports feature is particularly beneficial as it helps the sales team get automated emails on which customers they need to reach out to for Open AR. The initial setup of Gaviti was pretty seamless.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

Dispute management is missing enhancements like being able to reject a dispute. Missing approval workflows. Mass selection on invoices to add dispute, ability to incorporate approval workflows.

Gaviti keeps all AR open invoice and customer activity in one place and helps our sales team by sending automated emails about customers needing follow-up for open AR.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

The ability for users in finance, sales and operations all to view and add notes to any outstanding invoice has helped get everyone on the same page. Everyone now plays a role in collections and we're all pulling in the same direction. The transparency and accountability increases with Gaviti have been tremendous.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

Somtimes we have billing contacts that vary on a project by project basis, even for the same client. It would be helpful to be able to set billing contacts on a project level rather than a client level for these instances so that we can ensure specific invoices and collections emails are going to the right people without having to switch off an automated workflow.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to log all correspondence regarding a particular invoice is especially helpful, as it the ability to add notes and tag specific team members attention on those notes. It's creating an environment where people can be better informed and more accountable.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

I use Gaviti for invoicing, collections, customer correspondence, and forecasting. I like the activity feature to keep track of each invoice and customer as well as the promise to pay. It helps make collections easier with the workflows we have chosen. I believe the initial setup was very easy, and I know their customer service is very accessible for our team to reach out to if we need changes to our setup or any help we need with Gaviti.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

There are a lot of bugs and quirks with Gaviti, like issues logging in or long loading times. Some days you can log in easily, and other times it takes 5 minutes.

I find Gaviti makes collections easier with customizable workflows and helps me track invoices and customer interactions with the activity feature.

There is a lot of automation that can be done in Gaviti. Although it can be too much sometimes, it is still a very big help.

A lot of emails coming through and can fill up your inbox.

It stops me from having to use lots of separate apps or websites to complete my tasks.

Exposure is key for us. With such large portfolios, it's simply not possible to personally handle every single invoice. When we make sure the data imported into Gaviti is accurate, it significantly expands our ability to connect with clients. I also value the auto-reminder feature—extra reminders are always useful. The On-Demand email options are convenient, too. Overall, Gaviti serves as an excellent, agnostic invoice platform.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

The dispute management tool does not automatically resolve disputes when an invoice is paid. Even after the invoice balance has been settled, we are still required to manually mark the dispute as resolved. This would be a convenient option to have available.

At its core, Gaviti serves as an effective mass communication tool, allowing users to reach and contact clients regardless of the size of their business portfolio. Gaviti makes those doing collections stay on track and saves so much time!  I love the automation of it sending notifications on a cadence that we prescribe and then providing me with notifications to call on certain days, etc.  I can set it and forget it until I get a notification to act, and the automated notifications to clients lets me focus on other things, because I know Gaviti is handling that part for me.  I love it!!!

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

Downsides:
1.  It always requires I enter my username twice before taking me to the password (a small but annoying bug...I'm sure this will get fixed soon!)
2.  I sometimes have to shut it down and re-log in, because sometimes the filters stay in place when they shouldn't.  Also a minor bug with an easy, but annoying work-around.

Keeping me on track with A/R tasks, which gets money in the door faster.

Gaviti helped me in many ways. I don't have to constantly remind myself about such task because it has a feature where it automatically sends reminder to each of my customers. It also filters work that I need to prioritize first. Notes are easy to check, and it is also user friendly. I have a guide what to work on first especially those with higher balances or flagged as high risk. For some reason I was not able to use the company email on this review which is nmariano@binswangerglass.com.

It takes some time to load sometimes. Not sure if it's my internet connection but it loads up when few notes were entered. So far, I got no other problem with it.

Collections made easy because of the features it offers. Reminders, tabs, filtering are easy to navigate. Flagged accounts are easily identified. I work in collections and I love the ability to see the previous history/notes for an invoice. I can the automated emails that have been sent to the customer, as well as who else has called or reached out to the customer. It makes my job easier by not double calling the same customer as another employee and makes our team more efficient

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

I wish there was an ability to see all of the notes for previous invoices all in one place. It is only possible to see the notes of one  invoice at a time. This can make things a little more difficult when there is a new outstanding invoice, that doesn't have any notes, but I know that there are notes on a previous invoice with the same invoice. Without leaving the page, I would love to be able to see the history of previous invoices of the same customer.

I love the problems Gaviti's automation solves. It sends out automatic emails, and spreads out different tasks to different team members. This makes our team more efficient, and helps us increase our collection rate.

For example, sometimes I need to send an email to a client and I have to go to the edit page of their contact info, and then I have to like very carefully copy the contact info. Gaviti fits all my needs when it comes to Collections and accounts management.

Gaviti is able to mass email reminders on past due invoices. This is benificial to use on 31-60 day invoices to catch them before the roll over into a more past due aging category.  This saves a great amount of time compared to manually sending emails on past due accounts. It cuts down on how many past due aging accounts roll over into larger categories.

Contact info is at the Customer level. Some of our bigger clients have different contacts for each project so we would prefer to be able to store contact info at the project level.

You are able to set up different workflows and letters that can meet your customers' needs. Which is time-efficient and would add the customer's details.

At this stage, I don't have any recommendations for improvement

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minimizing manual labour we had in the past, automatically sending out invoices and statements. Reminders about invoice due dates.

The best part for me and my team, it's a modern business platform where my team is able to do work on finance, sales and operations. This platform support mid size and large size organization.

The dispute management option of this platform can't work automatically.

This platform helps to reduce the work pressure because of having automated features and very easy to operate.

**What do you like best about Gaviti?**

The support team is responsive and willing to assist. Automated email workflows are effective once the platform is fully set up.

**What do you dislike about Gaviti?**

The implementation was lengthy and complicated. The user interface is not very intuitive, which complicates daily use for our A/R clerks. Adoption of the AP Admin portal is extremely low, and our customers faced challenges getting registered successfully on AP Admin Portal. Payment tracking lacks transparency, causing reconciliation challenges. We did not find the reporting usefull. We’ve also experienced inaccurate notifications that affect confidence in the data.

**What problems is Gaviti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaviti is designed to help automate collections outreach and improve visibility into outstanding invoices. However, due to implementation delays, limited reporting capabilities, and challenges with customer adoption of the customer portal, the platform has not fully delivered on these goals for us. We still rely heavily on manual collection processes.

I like that Gaviti is easy to use. I also find it valuable that you can export a big amount of deposits in one Excel file. Setting up Gaviti was really easy once I got my access.

I like the ease I have when it comes to making filters and preparing the reports I need during the day. I also appreciate that the clients have adapted excellently to the Gaviti system.

Sometimes I need information that is not so easy to find with Gaviti's filters. In general, it is very simple for most of my work, but it could be improved with more variety and clarity.

I use Gaviti to analyze received payments and prepare detailed reports of our clients, which makes it easier for me to investigate amounts and paid invoices.

We can set the type of workflow we have for customers, and it will end out automatic responses/reminders to them to help maintain the level of productivity. It is easy to keep up with all the invoices sent to a customer because we can set automatic responses

It might be an issue with our IT, but the communication with Gaviti and Salesforce and other tools can improve
