Gala is an AI receptionist and administrative assistant for service businesses in Québec and across Canada, built by Gavion in Montréal. It answers every call, text and email 24/7 and takes several calls at once. It answers in French or English, whichever the caller speaks, with 44 languages supported. It qualifies the caller, books appointments live in Google or Outlook calendars, confirms by text, screens spam and robocalls, and transfers urgent calls to your team. Every call is linked to the customer's history in a basic CRM. The Administrative Assistant tier adds quotes with AI photo and satellite measurement, a CRM 360°, documents and compliance, and analytics. Receivables follow-up and dispatch are coming soon. Pricing is flat in Canadian dollars: Receptionist from $129 a month with 250 minutes included, Administrative Assistant from $279, no setup fee, 15% off annual billing. Call data is stored in Canada, built for Québec's Law 25. Gala says it is an AI on every call.
