Gaugely is AI interview software for recruiters and hiring teams who screen a lot of applicants. It ranks every CV (resume screening) with a reason for each score, runs the first interview by voice, video or live code at any hour and on any device, and gives you a scored shortlist with the evidence behind each score. What it does: - AI CV screening and ranking, with the reasons for each score - AI voice interviews and phone screens, async one-way video interviews and live code interviews - Bulk interview invites from a CSV; candidates need no account - Scorecards you can compare side by side, with evidence linked to each score - Applicant tracking, a candidate database and automated reference checks Coding interviews and integrity flags start on Pro, and video interviews with recordings are on Scale. Take a 5-minute demo interview on the site, no account needed. Fair by design: candidates are told they are talking to an AI and consent before they start. A person makes the final hiring decision, and integrity flags such as tab switches go to a person for review, never to an automatic rejection. Pricing: free forever for about 12 AI interviews a month, 1 active job and 1 seat, with a work email and no card. Pro is $75 a month, or $60 a month billed yearly (about 100 interviews, 3 seats).
