What do you like best about GatherUp?

The GatherUp software makes it easy to create your client's account and upload new client lists. Additionally, the reporting is easy to read and understand which makes our clients happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GatherUp?

The one flaw that I have found is in the steps the reviewer must take to get the review to the publishing stage. Seems that too many get close to the end and never select the site to publish the review too. Therefore the review is just stuck within GatherUp and not visible to online searchers. What do you like best about GatherUp?

GatherUp makes collecting reviews from clients and managing my online reputation simple and affordable. All I need to do is enter a client's name, email, and phone number - the GatherUp platform handles the rest. In terms of affordability, you will not find another platform that offers as many features as GatherUp does for the price that they do. And, GatherUp is backed by a team of super-talented folks who know everything there is to know about reviews and will help you achieve the most out of the platform. Lastly, GatherUp has something to offer for every business sector, ranging from real estate to law. One word summarizes GatherUp: Awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GatherUp?

This is perhaps the only time that I really cannot think of anything that I dislike about GatherUp. Perhaps the only complaint I have, and it is a minor one, is that the user-interface could use some tweaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recommend just three tech products for any new or developing business: a web site, Get Five Stars, and a CRM/scheduling/communication software appropriate to your industry. In using Get Five Stars, we've come to better understand our customers as well as our strengths and weaknesses as a service company. Additionally, we don't have to use external marketing or promotions - Get Five Stars' web site integrations help us promote ourselves simply through the power of customer reviews that are visible to potential customers via online search. Get Five Stars' customer service is excellent, and they are aggressively proactive about staying ahead of and keeping pace with tech trends that impact reviews and reporting.
