GatheroniX runs the full group hotel booking lifecycle for TMCs and DMCs in Europe. Hotel sourcing, RFP distribution, AI-powered proposal comparison, contract risk analysis, attendee management, and post-booking modifications. One platform replaces the spreadsheets, email threads, and phone calls that agencies use to manage groups of 10 to 100+ attendees. The modification engine is where GatheroniX pulls away from everything else on the market. When attendees change dates, swap rooms, or cancel, the platform routes each change through configurable approval rules, batches updates to the hotel, and gives hotel staff a no-login portal to confirm, reject, or flag a fee. The agency sets the rules once. After that, the post-contract work runs without manual follow-up. Built for mid-size agencies running 20 to 50 group bookings a year who sit between Cvent (too complex, too expensive) and spreadsheets (too fragile, too slow). Zero hidden hotel commissions.
