Gatherdesk is a customer and work management platform for service businesses. Enquiries from email, website chat and WhatsApp land in one shared pool, so nothing is missed and anyone on the team can pick up where a colleague left off. From there the work moves through quotes, invoicing and supplier payouts. What makes it different is the wording. Most CRMs force every business to use one vocabulary. Gatherdesk adapts: a salon sees Bookings and Clients, an estate agency sees Deals and Buyers, a dental practice sees Treatment Plans and Patients. Each business gets its own isolated database rather than a shared table. Optional AI replies draft responses and hand over to a human whenever needed.
