I find the mobile application aspect really problematic. When someone is no longer at their post and I send them a message, they absolutely must be connected in Gather, otherwise they miss the message. I believe the application is still in version one and the new one is not yet available. Moreover, I have to use Slack because I cannot yet connect Gather with other notifications. I feel like the office space build scenario is still a little bit wonky. It doesn't necessarily allow people to go and, when you're putting stuff in there, they behave like plain objects. You can put stuff above and people can even cover it depending on the audio wall. I feel like the personalization aspect of things could be improved. This is more about the visual experience of the app. Also, the new pricing system is probably something I don't think is as attractive, and because of this, we no longer use Gather for our team of over 50 people as we didn't get the paid workspace. It'd be nice to get bigger spaces. It would be nicer to have spaces that could fit 15 rooms as opposed to 10 for those extra large events.
