GateKeeperAI is a CRM with an optional AI phone receptionist, built by VerdictIQ for service businesses that lose jobs to missed calls and slow follow up. Most small businesses pay one company to answer the phone and another to keep track of leads, and the lead falls through the gap between them. GateKeeperAI puts both in one place. Every phone call, web form, website chat and Facebook or Instagram lead ad lands in a single pipeline, so the team can see who called, what they need and what happens next. On the AI Receptionist plan, the AI answers every call in real time. It asks the intake questions the business writes, books the appointment into Google Calendar or transfers the caller live to the team during business hours, and writes the lead into the CRM with the call transcript. Law firms can send those leads straight to their Clio Grow lead inbox. The AI does not give legal advice, and for medical offices it handles scheduling questions only. The CRM plans work without the AI. Capture gives a business number that rings through to your own phone, with calls recorded and transcribed and written up as leads, plus web forms, website chat, lead ads and one pipeline. Operate adds automations that email a lead from your own Gmail when their deal moves stages, a Google review inbox where replies to 4 and 5 star reviews are written by AI and posted automatically while lower ratings wait for approval, online booking with reminders, e-signatures, lead alerts and the option to run the CRM from ChatGPT or Claude through a secure MCP connection. GateKeeperAI is set up for home services, law firms, real estate, tax and accounting offices, restaurants and bars, and medical or dental scheduling. Pricing is public. Capture is $40 a month and Operate is $75 a month, each with a 14 day free trial. The AI Receptionist starts at $200 a month with 500 minutes included, and at $500 a month for law firms.
