Easy to setup users and get them started using Gatekeeper. Allows the user to securely access their systems without having to spend lots of time entering ever longer passwords. Also allows for the security of the machine when a user forgets to lock their system when they move away from the computer. Allows me to tie all of my internet sites username and password to multi-factor authentication and ease of logging in by having the Halbred or the app on a phone. Password automation is awesome. The first thing is that you don't have to remember passwords anymore, just have your key fob with you as you would your smart card or building key. Second, the key works for both computer and websites. So with one key, any employee can get in to whatever computer and website needed. Lastly, the security is also automated in that the key automatically locks the computer when it's out of range. No employee has to do anything extra - in fact their daily life just got easier. I have been using the Gatekeeper appliance for years, having acquired it initially in 2016. I expanded my use over the years, eventually using it on multiple work and personal computers. It has worked flawlessly since I started using it, and by using it on four computers I can state that it is the best authenticator appliance I have ever tried. I recently updated from the Gatekeeper to their Halberd appliance, and the reliability has only increased my satisfaction in the reliability and support of users. The best part about this product is the setup. It's super easy, and the software is straight forward to use. They also make it super easy to add domain credentials (for enterprise use) and literally just walk up to your computer and start using it when you get into work. The only thing that I do not like about this product is how sensitive the proximity sensor is. It takes a bit of time to find the sweet spot for unlocking and locking your computer. But other than that, everything else is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As obliged by very strict EU regulation (GDPR) regarding data privacy, especially in medical facilities we were looking for a easy to use tool to shut down the PC screen whenever leaving the treatment room. After testing a few solutions, we decided to use the Halberd proximity token in our office. The different attending surgeons are very happy .
