Orchards have a constant flow of contractors, pickers and visitors, and the gate is where it goes wrong. Paper sign-in sheets get skipped or lost. When something happens, nobody can say who is on site or find the record. GateBud puts a QR code at the gate. Visitors scan it on their own phone, read what they need to know about that site, and they’re checked in. No app, no account. Maps, hazards and safety documents stay available on their phone for the length of their visit, so the information is in their pocket when they need it, not left behind at the gate. You see who is on site right now and keep a searchable record of every visit, ready when you need it. NZ$65 per site per month, excluding GST. Per site, not per user, no minimum.
