One has to take the time to learn and get used to the many features. It is not for the fast food junkies of the world of crypto. Once you get used to it, there is no turning back. This exchange may be the only exchange that offers broad support of networks to withdraw and deposit crypto curriencies. Many people who wrote negative reviews here did not take the time to familiarize themselves with the interface and the wide range of financial tools offered to the user. They are just being lazy.
