GastroPilot is digital HACCP software that centralizes food safety documentation and temperature monitoring for hospitality operations. It replaces paper-based records with digital access via phones, tablets, and computers, logging temperatures, cleaning records, and food handling procedures with automatic timestamps and staff identification. GastroPilot offers two packages: SOLO, for manual temperature input without hardware, and PRO, which uses wireless sensors to log temperatures continuously and send alerts for threshold breaches. Both packages provide complete audit trails by date, staff, and location. The software generates reports for regulatory inspections and complies with HACCP standards, EU 852/2004, and ISO 22000. It supports various operational scales and can be tailored to specific facility needs.
