What do you dislike about Gartner?

Despite all the hype it actually needs to build a larger and a more robust network of consultants. For some industries this is very very lacking. This is probably one of its largest limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gartner solving and how is that benefiting you?
