There's not much I don't like about Gartner. They're just the best when it comes to benchmarking for many organizations and I trust them completely. I got a chance to contribute to the peer review section of this organization and I submitted 10+ reviews, keeping in mind the usage of words and authenticity of the content. None of the reviews were accepted and when asked their support team about the reason first they told me that I don't use the software I reviewed after providing proof of the usage they said they have all the rights to reject any review without providing any proper reason.
