I love how extensive the reviews of Gartner are -- we used Gartner to review our HRIS options and we found the reviews to be very authentic and on the mark. It's a great source for reviewing options for your software needs.The Gartner databased is a great starting point for reviewing your company's needs. Sometimes in my opinion there is a limited number of softwares that are sourced, it would be nice to have a greater sample size if possible. Sometimes some of the reviews do seem to be a little biased.I've also heard that some reviews take a long time to get approved -- it would be nice to have reviews are are more in "real time".
