Gartner's reports provide users with a less subjective point of view through in-depth market research. Therefore, this is my first stop to visit when researching markets and products I'm less familiar with. It's a great place to find yearly-based competitive analysis. I didn't particularly appreciate how Gartner had changed the report style drastically for the same subject matter and replaced a detailed analytics report with some general recommendations.
