Gartner is known for its Magic Quadrant reports, which evaluate technology and service providers in various markets based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. It helped us decide on some software decisions we had to make while looking for cost-effective solutions. Gartner is still the most respected and top analyst shop in the market. While newer and more nimble competitors have cropped up over the last several years, Gartner is still viewed by many as the cream of the crop when it comes to the Magic Quadrants and market analysis.
