GaragePilot is a cloud workshop management software built in France for auto repair shops, body shops, mechanics, towing companies, windshield specialists, detailing and engine tuning workshops (1 to 10 people). It runs in the browser on computer, tablet or phone, with no installation. Everything starts from the repair file: customer, vehicle, photos and documents in one place, then the quote or repair order, customer e-signature, invoice and payment follow without retyping anything. Key features: - Unlimited customers and vehicles, registration document scan - Quotes, repair orders and PDF invoices, deposit and final invoices, credit notes, labor rates and parts catalog - Built-in unlimited e-signature (link by SMS or email, 6-digit code, timestamped audit trail) - Insurance handling: claim number, deductible, insurer/insured share, storage fees, assignment of claim - Vehicle check-in with plate reading, photos and damage diagram - Scheduling, automatic SMS and emails, online repair tracking for customers - Courtesy vehicle fleet management, statistics and export, multiple users with access rights AI saves typing time, the shop always checks and validates: AI Expertise reads insurance assessment reports (BCA, Expertise & Concept, Eurexo, weDAT / DAT France) and pre-fills the quote; the AI never sets prices, rates or part references. Training and support included in every plan: GaragePilot Academy (step-by-step tutorials and guided practice exercises), the in-app help assistant Le Pilot and support from the team.
