What do you like best about GanttProject?

The most helpful feature in GanntProject is the diagrammatic representation of duration of phases in a complete project. It is very easy to use for professionals as well as beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GanntProject is very helpful as follows:

1. It save a lot of time.

2. It can also create PERT chart.

3. We can easily check begin or end date of any phase in a project.

4. We can manage the whole given time of a project before starting it.

We can create diagram in GanntProject related to our specific needs that is really helpful in completing the project in time. What do you like best about GanttProject?

Very easy to learn, it took me no more than 20 minutes and I was up and running.

Also very quick to set up to entire project and modify it over the days when we finalised the proposal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GanttProject?

Not as flexible as I would like.

Output options are essential, and the graphics could use a rehab to make it a bit friendlier to look at.

Would also be great if I could read data directly from a database so I could fire in production schedules from our erp that has very basic scheduling capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're looking for a quick alternative to heavy duty pm software.. look no more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GanttProject solving and how is that benefiting you?

had to prepare a quick manufacturing schedule for a large opportunity, which included material procurement, manufacturing and delivery.

Last time I used a PM software was more than 15 years ago and I was worried it would be too complex, however I quickly was able to produce the output required to participate in the bid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
